So, is there any way to add free of cost programs to.rar files in the Windows Media Player?

Media Player is not a RAR or ZIP utility, and so it is not intended to work with archives in this way.
The PC version of Windows Media Player does not support extracting files from RAR or ZIP archives at all, and so does not provide any way to extract RAR or ZIP files.
The only workaround I'm aware of is for Windows Media Player to be configured to decompress files by default.
Update:
I am now aware of the free, native RAR tool WinRAR. It can extract RAR files, so is suitable for the specific task you mentioned. It has a standalone GUI, but also comes in the form of a stand-alone, open-source, command line utility.

If you need help setting up WinRAR to extract files from RAR archives by default, I'm afraid that's off topic for the site you are posting on, but you can probably find what you need via a quick Google search.
